Crescendo Studios of Falls Church Celebrates 5th Anniversary with Forte Fest
What better way to celebrate five years as a hub of Falls Church “music education, performance and collaboration,” than a musical festival!
From 1-8:00 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, Crescendo Studios will be hosting Forte Fest – free and open to all ages – at its Falls Church location, 8101a Lee Highway, just a block from the Mosaic District.
The festival is slated to be a “perfect outing for families, friends, and music lovers of all ages.”
“Forte Fest promises to be a vibrant celebration of music, community, and creativity,” Crescendo Studios said in a press release. “The festival will feature live performances from local bands and artists, providing a platform for emerging talents to showcase their skills.”
“We are incredibly proud to celebrate five years of Crescendo Studios with Forte Fest,” said Robert Martin, Studio Director at Crescendo Studios. “This festival is not just a milestone for us, but a thank-you to the community that’s supported us. We look forward to a day of fantastic music, food, and fun, and we hope to see everyone there!”
“In addition to the stellar lineup of musical acts, attendees can enjoy delicious food from local vendors, engaging activities for all ages, and opportunities to connect with fellow music enthusiasts,” the press release continued.
Crescendo Studios, established in 2019, is a “premier music school, rehearsal space, and event space in Falls Church, Virginia, dedicated to nurturing musical talent and fostering a love for the arts in the community.”
Often hosting open-mic nights, the woman-owned studios are a “community-based, teacher-centric music school” which aims to “provide the community with individual[ized] music education while creating spaces for our community to grow through events, recordings, etc.”
In addition to live music and festivities, Forte Fest will feature vendor booths offering unique products and services. Vendors interested in participating can apply at: media@crescendostudiosva.com; or call, (703) 997-0395.
